Dear Trina,
Thank you so much for writing that book!!
The Artisan Bread is wonderful, and now a mainstay in our home! We had Christmas Breakfast French Toast again! (that was a tradition we thought long gone)
The Pastry recipe is divine, the Buttertarts, amazing; your recipes have brought back a passion of mine, and I am so grateful.
Thanks again,

Dear Trina,
I just wanted to thank you for writing such a beautiful cookbook. I received it as a Christmas gift from a dear old friend who knows that I have some dietary issues. Yesterday, I made for my family the orange salad dressing. It was delicious, very light in taste. We even went as far a drizzling it over some breaded tilapia fillets; breaded with crumbs from the GF Braided Artisan Bread. it was great. I am thinking this would be nice served over chicken or even to use for a chicken marinade. I can’t wait to try more of your recipe ideas. So many of the gluten free recipes taste nasty, if these recipes are any indication of what’s in your book, then I would say you have a winner. Best of luck to you and please keep them coming.
Sincerely,
Deb in Michigan

Dear Trina,
Just to let you know that I used some of your basic recipes and made a number of goodies for our grandson, and they turned out so good, that was the first bread dough recipe, that I could actually handle and knead and do and make things with… What a joy that was and is. I baked several days and made our ____grandson, lots of baked items and froze them for him….As we wil be going to Florida for the winter….So the freezer will be supplied with some good things for him….
I hope to make and try new things when we return in the spring, as he will graduate, and be heading for college next year. And his eating is and will always be a big concern for his mom and me.
Again, can’t thank you enough, for sending me those recipes, and so freely sharing them with us…..have told others of your endeavor and efforts, if you have any other recipes or hints or advice to share, Please Do and Send Them …
Once again, a most heartfelt thank-you.
Norma
