New Vision Nutrition
Jane Snyder of New Vision Nutrition opened her new office recently in the Chronicle Building on Brock Street just north of the Four Corners in Whitby Ontario.
Jane says, “Helping people find out what foods to eat for better health is my passion.” The old saying, “You are what you eat, is true.” she says. Jane began her career in nutrition as a result of having unexplained health problems herself. She found she was allergic to the oil furnace fumes in her home.
People rely far too much on fast food today. Jane encourages her clients to eat as many ‘whole foods’ as you can and organic if possible. Often people are unaware that it is the gluten in their foods that is causing them a problem as some people have gluten syndrome as opposed to being celiac. For this reason Jane invited Trina Astor-Stewart of Astoria Mills to come to the opening with some of her original recipe gluten free breads. People are used to heavy and dry tasting gluten free breads, these were not like that.
One of Jane's friends, Devon, remarked recently, "I see people come into Jane's office feeling horrible and in a few weeks they have their bounce back."
If you feel that what you eat may not be doing you the good you hope and are looking for advice give Jane a call today.
